Resolved an issue where including a backward slash \ character in a ticket note prevented the variables button from functioning.
Resolved an issue when including a backward slash \ character in an email template subject or description caused the template button in add details to stop working.
Resolved an issue where the default email template was overriding additional information on tickets and the sent email content.
Resolved an error that could occur when adding files to tickets.
Resolved an issue where email rule tickets were not logged if a ServiceDesk Operator was set to Out of Office but no alternative assignee was set.
